On the Simcoe County Forest trails, loud (>94db) motorcycles and irresponsible riding habits are not tolerated. You will likely be fined and asked to leave. Stay on the designated trails and do not speed on the forest access roads.
When encountering other trail users, give them the utmost respect. If you meet an equestrian, kill your engine, remove your helmet and ask for instructions for the rider.
The OFTR also recommends that you review the Simcoe County Forests Recreational Use Policy, to protect your Right to Ride!
For more details on the above policy, consult http://www.county.simcoe.on.ca/municipal-and-corporate-services/forestry/county-forest-recreation-policy/
Or reference one of the following websites:
Halton Off Road Riders Association
Simcoe County Off Road Riders Association

Know where to ride.
Respect signage in regards to motorized use and note that the major trails in Simcoe County such as the railtrails, waterfront trails, etc. do not allow motorcycles or dirt bikes.
Most Simcoe County Forests have or will have designated trails, however, some are not open to motorcycles. So do not ride past signs where motorcycles are not allowed.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
