The simplest approach to outdoor activity you can imagine. And the fun is free.
People often forget about or dismiss the trails closest to their homes. Yet, urban trails are much more than bare dirt paths through underbrush. Often these are highly maintained and well-lit asphalt or concrete walkways or boardwalks meandering through the best parts of your community: parks, open fields and waterfront, handsome, safe neighbourhoods or upscale commercial sites. This means attractive, natural, green space where families can get out and get active. Fresh air, picturesque scenery, a cool alternative for getting to work– all you need is a pair of shoes.

“I think it was the sixth time we went out. I had a realization. I thought - ‘this is more fun than work – it’s easy’. Six times was all it took to create that feeling, and now, it’s transformed my life.”
